Sacred Heart Guild

The Sacred Heart Guild  is a service organization formed to serve the needs of the Altar and those who worship there.

By fostering a community of Women whose commission is service The Guild reaches out to the needy, the unborn, the youth and those preparing for the religious life. We promote a  spiritual life by sponsoring Days of Reflection and providing religious materials. The Guild raises funds through food drives, bake sales, boutiques and donations.

What does the Guild do?

  • We launder the altar robes and purificators.
  • We coordinate the "Toy Drive" at Christmas each year.
  • We pray for our priests and the sick people of our parish.
  • We raise money through "bake sales" and other activities and donate the funds to worthy causes.
  • We have ladies that make rosaries and donate them -- Over 1,400 rosaries have been donated for our chapel, our school and other places.

What else?

We have four "Luncheons" each year to promote social interaction--which means we have fun!!

We get acquainted, support each other and develop friendships with other ladies of our parish community.

We meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 8:45AM
Salta Pastoral Center, Lanterman Conference Room

NOTE: MEETINGS WILL RESUME FALL 2024 - DATE TBA - MEETING TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE BULLETIN
