The Program

“After Divorce” is specifically developed for Sacred Heart parish and facilitated by Catholic author, speaker, life & relationship coach, Rose Sweet. For 30 years, Rose has been a pioneer in divorce healing ministry, a frequent guest on EWTN and Catholic radio, and author of 14 books on healing and strengthening relationships including separation, divorce, annulment, remarriage and blended families.

 

Her 12-part “Surviving Divorce” video series (Ascension Press) is used in dioceses in sixteen countries and features: Fr. Donald Calloway, Fr. Mitch Pacwa, Dr. Christopher West, Dr. Ray Guarendi, and Fr. Steve Porter.

 

All teaching, materials, and resources are completely faithful to all Catholic Church teachings.

  

Weekly Support Group

Don’t process your hurt, anger, and uncertainty alone.

 

$149 pp for 8 weekly 2-Hr sessions. You get:

When: TUESDAY nights 5:30 – 7:30 pm

Where: Online (zoom)

 

This is not an open, ongoing group. You’re asked to make an 8-week commitment to create the optimum environment for you and others to confidentially share, bond with, and support each other. To maintain the structure needed to cover specific issues each week, the group will close after the second week. If the current group has closed, you can register for the next 8-week session.

About Annulment

Rose is the author of How to Understand and Petition for Your Decree of Nullity (TAN Books) and has served as an advocate for both Petitioners and Respondents in numerous Catholic tribunals across the country. She can answer your questions, provide free resources, and offer assistance. Helpful information is HERE

 

You may also call the parish office at (760) 346-6502 to be assigned an annulment advocate.

 

Can Sacred Heart process my annulment?

Yes, if you are a full-time resident and registered parishioner. Annulments must be processed in (a) the diocese where you live, (b) the diocese where your former (civil) spouse lives, (c) the diocese where you got married, or (d) the diocese where the majority of time of the marriage took place and/or where the majority of witnesses live. We will help answer any of your questions!
