The Ponder Bible Study Group will start 2026 with the

 

Acts of the Apostles by Scott Hahn (Ignatius Catholic Study Bible)

available on Amazon.


Weekly Zoom sessions are

every other Thursday at 1:00pm

beginning

January 22


As this is an in-depth study of the Acts of the Apostles, we will meet every two weeks for 1-1 ½ hours to discuss each lesson.

Each lesson in the study book contains a Bible passage followed by a set of questions. Please complete the reading and answer the questions before each Bible Study meeting to help understand the passages read.

 

After completing all of the questions in the Bible study book, then go to the Bible Study Format to address the five questions provided. These five questions will be the focal point of each discussion during the Bible Study Sessions.

 

The Bible Study Format will be provided each week. 

 

Bible Study Format (Based on Ponder Bible Study)

 

1. Choose one study book question from either the Understanding section or the Application section from the week’s lesson you want to share with the group.

2. What word or words in this passage caught your attention?

3. What in this passage comforted you?

4. What in this passage challenged you?

5. What conversion of mind, heart, and life is the Lord asking of me?
