Centering Prayer

In Centering Prayer, we close our eyes and come to a stillness of mind and body and open our hearts to rest in God’s presence.  Prayer sessions are followed by readings and discussion.

We are not meeting during December. Have a blessed Advent and Christmas!

We will resume in 2026!

Weekly sessions are every Thursday, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
in the St. Andrew Room at Sacred Heart.

All are welcome: Those familiar with Centering Prayer as well as beginners.
